The second of the two awards received by Ralph Fey Architects is the AIA award for Small Projects, recognizing The Meanings of Things, a retail home store in the center of New Hope, PA. This shop is a restoration of an existing 1800s era house turned into a commercial property. A comment from one of the award jurors states, “Strong improvement for today’s more modern streetscape, but maintains a historic feel. Very inviting space.”
