Bucks County AIA Award for Excellence in Design – 2024

Ralph C. Fey Architects (RCFA) has received two design awards from The Bucks County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). The Excellence in Design award recognizes projects exhibiting outstanding design and was presented for the property The Falls of New Hope, a collection of townhouses + a restaurant, located at the intersection of the Delaware Canal and the Aquetong Creek in New Hope, PA.

The second of the two awards received by Ralph Fey Architects is the AIA award for Small Projects, recognizing The Meanings of Things, a retail home store in the center of New Hope, PA. This shop is a restoration of an existing 1800s era house turned into a commercial property

Ralph C. Fey Architects (RCFA) has received two design awards from The Bucks County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). The Excellence in Design Award recognizes the property: Familial Traditions and is given for the project exemplifying the highest design at the AIA jury’s discretion.

New Hope Arts under construction

New Hope Arts – Under Construction

New Hope Arts is a conversion project, designed by Ralph Fey Architects. Originally a historic barn, the structure was lacking necessary accessibility and ADA compliance. Throughout the design process, we provided an entry way, an ADA complaint ramp, and an elevator to make the building fully accessible.

AIA Awards 2021

Ralph Fey Architects receives an honor award from the Bucks County AIA (American Institute of Architects) at their December 2021 awards ceremony and reception. The award is for The Laceworks in Lambertville, NJ. From a juror: “This project is a good example of how an architect can convert a brick and concrete factory into an appealing residence while maintaining the industrial ambiance of the original building.”

Logan Inn Reopens!

After much awaited fanfare, the historic and fully renovated Logan Inn is now open! Ralph Fey Architects designed the addition, merging the new and existing structures and bringing the best of both worlds to the center of New Hope, PA. The extensive renovations included shifting the front area and entrance to be handicapped accessible. With guest accommodations at the inn, a world-renowned restaurant, and an acclaimed wedding venue, the new Logan Inn honors history while introducing sophisticated new beginnings.

Doylestown Demolition

Demolition is fast underway at 50 N Main in Doylestown. We are so excited to see the progress being made on this historic building.

AIA Awards 2020

We are proud to announce that RCFA has won two awards in this years AIA Bucks County Architectural Excellence Design Competition. Fireline Road Residence and Longwood Farm were selected for their impressive transformations and reuse of existing structures into modern, livable spaces.

Country Contemporary

This renovation transformed a small country home into a breathtaking modern barn. The space pays homage to the classic Bucks County barn, but with an open plan, walls of glass, and a richness of wood, steel, and stone.
